This week the Helderberg Academy team have been visiting the homes of those who regularly attend the sessions. This is a great opportunity to give feedback to the parents / carers and find out how the young person is doing at school. We really want our coaching to be holistic, so with school reports being handed out last week we are keen to discover how our boys and girls are getting on.
We have already had some excellent visits in Macassar and Lwandle where we have provided encouragement to the children’s parents / carers. Today, we visit Sir Lowry’s Pass. We hope these visits will provide us with further opportunities to build stronger links in the community. Above is a picture from Lwandle.
