On Monday, Sir Lowry’s Pass played their first competitive games against Macassar in a mini tournament. Sir Lowry’s Pass managed to field two teams and Macassar had one team. These games enabled the girls in Sir Lowry’s Pass to experience what competitive Netball is like and apply the skills they have been learning the last couple of months.
Macassar won the competition, but Sir Lowry’s Pass did manage to win one of the games against the experienced Macassar side. They are looking forward to their next competitive fixtures.
