After some hailstorms, rain showers and just miserable weather the whole weekend, we are back and ready to play! On Tuesday we mixed our group from Macassar with our group from Eerste River and played a rugby-match and soccer-match! All the kids were excited and enjoyed the experience of playing a sport that they were not so experienced in and meeting new young people. Through this experience the young people from both communities learnt about empathy and treating others how they would like to be treated. We believe that events like this are integral. As we want the all of our young people to build relationships with young people from different communities, to build a great understanding of each other.
